I had Total Pool service my pool on a weekly basis throughout the summer and asked them to do the closing, as well as install a pool cover. I was not able to be home on the day they came but when I got home I saw they had randomly drilled into my expensive new coping as well as surrounding concrete. The cover was installed crooked and I wanted to cry. They did a terrible job.
They also pulled off and broke the pipe that connected an outdoor spigot to the pool, leaving it broken and unusable. When I called and spoke to Tom Sr and asked why they did this he said they had to because it could freeze

We wanted a pool, but our yard was built more for downhill skiing, so the question came, "Do we move?", but we absolutely love our house. Everyone who came over, stood in our yard and said..."There is no way you are getting a pool in that yard." He took into account our vision and incorporated it into a showcase pool that visitors rave about. Total Pool and Patio have been servicing my pool for almost 15 years and last year I had them do a significant re-design of my pool, retaining walls, etc. The owners spent numerous hours discussing various possibilities and took us to a variety of pools to help us make our decision. We redid our existing pool about 7 years ago! We selected Total Pool because they had a good reputation... we were amazed! We had an odd designed pool and backyard and the transformation was remarkable!! Also they came when they were scheduled to come and completed the project in the timeframe the projected!!
