No pressure at all and very knowledgeable! Setting up the appointment was very easy and they were able to get out quickly! The technician explained what needed to be done and gave me options on what I could do. Did the work I wanted and left me with options on what I could do in the future. Very satisfied!

Phemonemal service! Gerald was super helpful, friendly, patient explaining everything, and very timely and efficient. Not only did he fix the broken spring problem we originally called for, but also a few minor issues we had been putting up with for months since we didn't know how to fix them ourselves. He also gave us tips and recpmmendations for the future. Usually when things break you expect someone to try and highball you and make you pay for the most expensive package with all the bells and whistles, but this was the opposite. It's been close to 19 years since I had two new garage doors installed and I have been thinking about having a tune up performed on these doors for the past several months. I am so glad that I had requested this service because the 2-car garage door steel cables (approximately 1/8" or slightly larger diameter size) were in very poor condition. In fact, one of the two door cables had just one strand of wire that was keeping the door from falling and the other cable had many severed strands that had rusted then separated. We replaced these with stainless steel cables so no more rusting issues in

I had Repair Tech Chuck come out and complete a free diagnostic and repair my garage door. Chuck was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired and gave me a quick estimate. Under two hours he replaced parts and fixed my garage. Our garage door was not closing properly, while still under warranty from having our rollers and springs replaced earlier in the year. Gerald came out to assess our garage door. He had great customer service and a passion for his work and taking care of the clients. He immediately notice our sensors were not located properly. Even though our previous issue was unrelated to our current issue, Gerald properly aligned and secured our sensors, repositioned our track, and also did a full tuneup of our opener free of charge. They were also easy to schedule and had good communication on their arrival

Gerald came out and did a full inspection of the garage door. We knew the spring was broken, but there was other maintenance that needed to be done. Gerald never pushed me to spend money, but gave me some good recommendations. He was very professional, courteous, and quick! He had my garage door fixed in no time, and it works flawlessly!
