RW Builders, Inc., is a residential and commercial contracting company based in Princeton, Minnesota. For 45 years, this family-operated building firm has been building and remodeling homes all across the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Currently RW Builders, Inc., is not only active in new home building, but also neighborhood development, remodeling and commercial contracting.

Roger Winkelman founded RW Builders in 1974 with a goal of building quality custom homes to meet the needs of residents across the northwestern metro area. He then expanded into commercial and industrial construction during the late 1970s. In 2021 Roger's son Chad Winkelman has taken over as President of RW Builders.
