I had to badger them to give me updates on appointments that were not kept.
I called, they said they would send someone over on Monday to give an estimate. No one showed up, no one called.
I called on Wednesday, asked what happened. Owner said he knew nothing of the call. Fine, it happens. He told me he'd text a number and I could send my info, he'd get back to me. I texted my info to the number, no response.
On that Friday after no one got back to me, I texted asking for an update. He told me I was at the top of the list and someone would come over on Monday (again).
Here it is Tuesday evening

I have hired the Green Utah landscaping crews multiple times for spring clean up of all gardens and trimming bushes. They came this morning even though there was still snow on the ground from a late spring storm. They did an amazing job and worked really hard and kept me up to date the whole way through. Hired John's team to help get the yard ready for winter. I have always used another company and the results were so, so. Eric the project manager and his team are just finishing up now and I have to say they did an amazing job. We have a big yard with a river and lots of perennials to trim back and they got it all done in far less time that I am used to. Hats off to Green Utah landscaping and look forward to having you back to do some snow removal and then again next spring to get it ready for the season. Great work gentlemen! Steve Hansen

I needed a landscape contractor to work on a problem area in my front yard which has been an eye sore for sometime, collecting pine needles overtime. When I saw the 5-star rating on Green Utah Landscaping on Facebook, I decided to ask them for a bid. John answered my call and said he would come the next morning. He did show up promptly except that when he saw the photo I got from his Photo Gallery on his website, he told me that particular project would require a concrete contractor to do, and he would be happy to give me some names to call.
