Great company to do business with! I bought a hot tub from Anne and she went above and beyond to answer questions, do a water analysis, provide detailed instructions on maintaining water quality, and even provided all the start up and maintenance chemicals. The service was phenomenal!

Have a 12+ year old hot tub, and recently tried out Pool World to help with water testing. They didn't sell this brand but were very helpful, answered lots of questions, and have a very extensive lab set up on site.
Very knowledgeable about Hot Tub chemistry. I'm now getting my supplies there based on excellent customer service.

Tom is a pleasure to work with. We just purchased an inground pool and Tom was very knowledgeable about everything to do with pools from installing the pool, concrete, heaters, ect. He took time to come to the house and do a site evaluation. He answered all of our questions and backed his answers with data.
