Emmanuel and his crew were great. They are super courteous and easy to work with. The price was extremely competitive. We are so happy with our exterior paint job. They were careful with all the steps- the prep, final coats and clean up. They were happy to come back to remove a few paint drops on the pavers. We are very pleased.

Emmanuel and his crew are pros! He was recommended by a friend, and I was pleased from the beginning. He and his team take a lot of care to do a really excellent job. They spend a lot of time doing prep to get it just right. He even gave a little advice on color. Emmanuel and his crew painted my kitchen cabinets and switched out the hardware- the look new! They also painted 3 bedrooms, cabinets in two bathrooms, walls in 2 bathrooms, closets, laundry room, office and a built in cabinet in our dining room. Everything looks fantastic! I was referred to Emmanuel from my realtor; the two have been working together for 10 years. I needed exterior painting done to my San Francisco home and unfortunately it had gotten pretty bad - paint chipping significantly to two sides of the house as well as a small alley of my house only accessible from my neighbor's yard.
Emanuel came over promptly, took photos and looked at the house and provided a fair estimate for the house the next day -- we'd need scraping and sanding, priming, and then another layer of paint so that the siding wasn't damaged any further.

We've been lucky enough to work with Emmanuel and his crew for many years now. His work is great, prices fair and demeanor is both professional and kind. Their pricing is fair and they always try to be flexible with scheduling to meet your schedule. Because we do real estate, Arana's has painted multiple properties for us and our clients (both sellers and buyers). Emmanuel and his team at Arana Painting clearly take a lot of pride in their work as not only do they do an exceptional job at their craft but they hit their deadlines. I had them paint cabinets throughout my house in Burlingame that looked like something from the 90s and they transformed them into a modern white that looks like they came off the factory floor like that! I don't know how they did it but not only did everything look immaculate but their prep work was so exceptional that there was no evidence of overspray or mess at all!! Incredible. Emmanuel and his crew painted the walls in a bedroom and den in our home. They did an excellent job - no paint got on any of the existing trim and crown molding - and they completed the job quickly and for a very fair price. Definitely recommend, and will be using them again ourselves in the future.

We were introduced to Arana's Painting through our real estate agents here in SF (who are VERY picky, btw!).
