Our standard house cleaning service includes a comprehensive package of kitchen, bathroom, and living area house cleaning and sanitizing tasks, plus the optional tasks of your choice, performed to your standards, at a fixed package price. Please review our list of standard and optional house cleaning tasks to determine your needs.
Our Absentee Owner House Cleaning service will prepare your home for you or your guest's next visit. An all inclusive house cleaning package of kitchen, bathroom, and living area, cleaning and sanitizing tasks are performed to the standards of a fine hotel. All at a fixed package price. Plus, if you wish, we will monitor your property for problems, damage, or missing items and report to you.
Cleaning a home properly after moving out or before moving in, is different than standard house cleaning. An empty home frequently reveals places that haven't been cleaned in years. Ms. Iber is professional and very consistent with her attention to detail. She anticipates what needs to be cleaned and does so without needing a specific cleaning list. I really appreciate not having to worry about keeping track of our house cleaning schedule.
