Just called this company to try and get a quote for carpet cleaning and was told they don’t give quotes over the phone they have to come see your house then give you a quote. I let them know I was nine months pregnant and had a three year old and would like just a rough estimate I understood that it could change. They told me no and the lady hung up on me.

The technician came out to the house with quite a few samples of carpet to choose from and measured every room, closet, bathroom and did it in about 30 minutes. His crew came out the very next day and completed the job in 2 hours and were very professional. I would highly recommend Alvin Carpet Cleaning TX .
