Jared Browne is a true professional. He came out 6 months ago to assess and remedy a water damage situation. I had a leak that caused heavy mold in my kitchen in two areas. One area was under the sink and the other was behind the refrigerator. Cory and his team came out not once, but twice to check out the problems, and gave me accurate, fast and honest appraisals. Cory even spoke with my property manager to discuss the problem and the procedure moving forward. As soon and we solidified how to move forward, they were here the next day setting up. EHS took care of getting the molded problem areas out of my home, and out of harms way of my family. Without EHS's fast and reliable and very clean

EHS did a visual inspection in our kitchen area, we called them because the installers of our new dishwasher stated that the area had mold and refused to perform the installation. Jarod did a visual inspection and quickly discovered that there were no visual signs that mold was present, and he felt it was not necessary to charge us anything.

We had a leak in the kitchen that soaked into the foundation. EHS came in and took care of everything for us. They even helped us deal with insurance, which we had no idea how to do. Everyone that worked in our home was super friendly. To be completely honest, our home looks better than before the leak. We only paid for the deductible plus a couple small extras. They helped make sure insurance got us the other 30k.
I would highly recommend EHS to anyone, especially if you've never dealt with insurance before. That was a headache and having an experience team on your side helps calm the nerves

Called them to fix a garage ceiling leak (from upstairs other unit). They were very professional from the communication and update from Nicole (I never missed their call), Cesar who supervised the demolition and drying and showed up on time every day, and Marco who did an awesome build back and paint (behind my garage furniture too). If you have a leak and need the best fix I'd definitely recommend this team. (Everyone showed up and worked while masked)

Could not be any happier! Ceasar and Cory were awesome. I found mold at 4 pm on Thursday and the owner, Cory was at my door in 30min. Mold all gone by early Sat morning. So many wonderful words to describe both but these came first....Hard working, helpful, personable, knowledgeable , gracious and respectful. Just all around great guys! They keep you updated with pictures on their progress and they are quick to response and quick to do the job. I will definitely be using and referring this company to everyone.

A huuuge thank you to the EHS team! We got back from vacation to find our basement flooded from a slab leak, it was like a nightmare. And the confusion and fear - ah, I'm so glad it's over. Cory and his amazing team not only helped us with the water damage, but they also stepped in to handle the insurance coverage. I hope we never need water damage restoration again, but if we do, we know who to call!

EHS is wonderful! They came masked and on time. The inspector was very kind, polite, and honest! He looked at my mold situation, checked if there was any moisture issues, and gave me great tips on how to do the repair myself. Should I have more serious problems in the future, I will definitely contact them and feel confident that EHS is NOT just in it for the money.

I love writing good reviews because it means we all win. You, me, the company...this is one of those companies who deserves your business. First, Jared Brown came to my house and blew me away with the technology his tools had at diagnosing my water damage and his willingness to explain the details he wasn't being sales-y whatsoever throughout the process and dealing with home-service related companies this is not the norm (plumbers are the greatest offenders imho). Anyway there was a massive leak that happened inside my walls overnight, I'm talking full city water pressure at 75psi, you can imagine

Cory and Jarod are both great!
As I was cleaning out my Master Closet I discovered mold on one wall. I sent pictures to Cory and he was able to give me an estimate very quickly. Jarod came the next morning and took care of the problem. We also had some mildew above the master shower. We had that taken care of too. Cory and Jared told us our options and we decided to replace all of the old fans in the bathrooms and install a new one over the shower.
We are very happy with the work that was done in our home. What I like most is that they are very reliable, returned calls promptly and quickly resolved

We have had to use Emergency Home Solutions on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 years. This last time my kitchen was ruined along with my flooring. Cory and his team helped me every step of the way from the day it happened until the day of completion on my rebuild. He was honest and patient as we worked with insurance to get everything figured out. Cory went above and beyond and my house looks amazing! We will definitely continue to use EHS as our go to provider for anything water related in the future. I would definitely recommend Emergency Home Solutions!

I have given to them 5 stars 2 yrs ago, previous employees/business partner no more with the company , now they have sloppy/lousy workers, took 3 hours for two guys to mount a tv, trash here and there, take forever to do minor things, Please rethink before select this company for the services. There are several company in southern orange county so stay away from EHS!

I have had nothing but the most excellent service from this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had an emergency flood in the night on a weekend. When you call this company, THEY COME. We had a second flood just a few months later - again, when you call them, THEY COME, right away. They are able to demo, dry, reconstruct, whatever you need. All services were seamless and every worker and subcontractor was kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We had a horrible experience with the insurance company for the second flood and Nicole at EHS worked with me for months

**Updated Review** I just used Cory for the 3rd time. His crew again delivered wonderful results in a professional manner. They helped me every step of the way from dry out and insurance to build back completion. My house looks brand new and The quality of workmanship shows. We would definitely recommend EHS!

I had the best experience with Jared and Emergency Home Solutions. We had previous water damage to our home and found some mold behind our dining room baseboards that we did not know existed until we replaced our flooring. Instead of cutting out the drywall near the floor I naively sprayed the mold with a solution and replaced the baseboard right on top of the old mold.

I just used Cory and his team when SoCal had gone through torrential downpour (and still is). My daughter's room on the 2nd floor of our home was leaking and my wife and I couldn't figure out why the carpet in her closet was soaked and only the bottom of the wall was wet. No wetness on the ceiling, no spots... nothing else. The inside wall wasn't wet. We needed to think fast as more rain was forecasted and mold was growing in the closet space.

Emergency Home Solutions team was amazing. After finding mold in our master bathroom we called them up based on their previous reviews. They walked us through the process and helped with our insurance company. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was great as great as mold remediation could be.

I highly recommend EHS. We are very pleased with everything-from beginning to end, Corey was professional, straightforward and on top of it. He is super easy to work with and went the extra mile to match our custom baseboards. I trusted his advice and he took care of us. We called a few places, had one other company come out and bid and hands down- EHS outshines in knowledge, service and professionalism.

They came out immediately on weekend, started working immediately to keep the damage from getting worse. They were super informative, helped me through the whole process. Took good care of my own personal belongings that had to be removed into storage pods. Polite, courteous, hardworking employees. Very Happy Covenant is the company helping me through this.

This is the second time I have had Emergency Home Solutions our to our house. The first time we found an odd leak in an extra bedroom and on a Saturday morning Cory was out with his equipment checking for water damage and reassured us we were good. He treated it as a favor and it was refreshing having such an honest and ethical business owner.
Our second time using EHS was a much more dire situation. Had a supply line burst from my dishwasher and flood my house. Cory was there within 20 min from another job in the area to assess the damage.

There's not enough good things to say about EHS. Having a water leak suddenly appear in our living room ceiling from the washer upstairs was about as fun as having Christmas cancelled.
Cory from EHS showed up the next day and figured out exactly how widespread the leak was and explained what needed to be done. Next day his guys was making sure to put up tarp to cover everything and put up fans and humidifiers. A couple of days later the ceiling was dry as a bone and EHS set me up with a contractor to come and fix the ceiling. Top notch and super friendly service.
