Services
Not many asphalt paving contractors - or contractors of any sort - get their start this way. It was back in 1963 when Charlie and Pat Perrin had just added the fifth of their eventual eight children and Charlie worked for an asphalt paving company. Pat, realizing the growing family needed more resources, bought a pickup truck and suggested that Charlie start sealing asphalt as a second job.
Asphalt resurfacing and maintenance can be good alternatives to completely replacing an asphalt surface. Regular maintenance, including crackfilling and sealcoating, can extend an asphalt surface's life, helping you get the best possible return on your investment. With 100,000 gallons of sealcoating experience each year, Perrin Asphalt has seen its share of well-maintained - and not-so-well-maintained - parking lots and roadways.
Asphalt milling can be a good alternative to the complete reconstruction of commercial or industrial parking lots and roadways. Perrin has the ability to mill from 1 to 12 inches of material as part of an overall asphalt resurfacing project. We do our own asphalt milling and also provide grinding services to other asphalt paving contractors.
Laying new asphalt or concrete paving is only one step in the complete process of building or resurfacing parking lots and roadways. And as easy as painting a stripe may sound, there are plenty of considerations, including industry standards, to take into account before the first lick of paint goes down.
What is it? Porous asphalt pavements were first developed in the late 1960's by the Franklin Institute while under the U.S. environmental Protection Agency contract. In recent years, however, porous pavements have captured the attention of Ohio specifiers for their potential as an effective technology for storm water management.

I got an estimate from Dan, there estimator and we had decided to have them do the work proposed. Seemed professional and have been around a long time. I have waited a long time, saved a lot of money to do this project and didn't want a company that didn't know what they were doing.
I had him out one last time to go over job and he says "he needs to bring in a load of 304 to start the job and use to fill in a few low spots and to bring up in front of garage doors" I told him okay. It shows up a few days later and I get emailed a bill for $300-$400. I called to ask what the bill was for? I thought

These guys know their job! Would highly recommend. Everyone I met with was straightforward and no hassle. The workers who came to do the job did it fast and looks great! Even met with some of the crew who are the mechanics and the manager of the shop and all were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use this company again!

Not only did they do a terrible job of keeping our down spout drain running the correct direction (away from the house), but when I called to ask someone to come look at the poor work. Dan whom I assume is in charge of something there, told me not to call there again. I hope that someone with some authority reads this, and will comment back so we could hopefully have a conversation about the work that was done.

After having an estimate completed for a time sensitive job, I was told by the owner (old now only does estimates) he could complete in a weeks time. The guy that came out for the estimate calls and states he will find out when they can complete. After calling multiple times and leaving messages I finally get a call back. They have no record of the estimate that was sent to me and will have to call me back. Dan, the schedule guy calls back in approx 5 min and states "yeah, we are not going to do it". Thanks for the horrible experience. Seems that the company this old man built up is going to be

I dread road work. The inconvenient tie ups and mess it involves can be frustrating and annoying. I must tell you how IMPRESSED I was with this company! They were expeditious, efficient and cordial. They did what would normally take the City of Cleveland three months, in one week. I would highly recommend this asphalt company! A+
