Very happy with how our insert came out! Price was very competitive. They took the time to ask us what we were looking for. There were delays with our install due to shipping issues but they always kept us in the loop and fit us in immediately when our items came in. We always felt included in the whole process which was comforting to know we were lost in the shuffle while waiting on all the pieces to come together. Would defiantly recommend Family Hearth and Patio.

If I could give more than five stars I would. We purchased a gas fireplace and outdoor furniture from Family Hearth and Patio. The furniture we received was very high quality and absolutely stunning. The owner Paul was very professional, helped us with everything and gave us a great deal. The office workers were very kind and helpful. They handled every detail for us from the gas company to the electrical. Kenny and Charlie were very friendly and left my house as clean as before they started. Update to below posting: As soon as I wrote the below post, the owner called me to see what he could do. He told me he would make it right and the company did. They sent out an experienced tech who found the problem right away. Since the previous tech did so much damage, they ended up replacing most of the interior of the pellet stove for the fee of the initial service charge. The experienced tech even brought along the man who serviced the stove so poorly the first time so he could learn what happened and hopefully it doesn't happen again to another customer. I am happy I reviewed the company

Once again, I must complement Family Hearth and Patio on their service. It is legendary. Our fireplace fan was making a high pitch whistling noise and Kenny and Charles came over this morning to check it out. Kenny should be the spokesperson for customer service. He told me not to worry and that he would either fix the fan or replace it. Well, in about 2 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had a great experience with the purchase and installation of my beautiful gas Enviro fireplace. It replaced an old unvented fireplace that did not function well anymore. Paul the owner was very enthusiastic and eager to please before and after the purchase. I cannot express enough how great his workers were. We had a great experience with purchasing our amazing new wood stove. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The salesman Bence was very knowledgeable and helped us from start to finish. Their installers Ben and Ken were so kind and professional. They were punctual and installed our wood stove perfectly. The two young lady's in the office are very nice and helpful and were quick to get back to us. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Paul was easy to work with and we just had a double sided log set installed in a two sided fireplace. Works great, looks even better. They surprised us by coming earlier than anticipated for the installation, cleaned up everything, did not leave a mess and were very polite. Have already recommended them and planning on using them for a patio in 2019.
As a side note I did get competitive bids from small local contractors that had no store front and Family Hearth and Patio was very competitively priced. Worth calling them for an estimate.
