So happy I went with Sundance. We had a deck built with Sundance. Best experience with a contractor. They communicated often, had point people I could contact. Everything was transparent. Price was the same at the end of the job, no suprises. Provided 3 D picture in advance of the build. They were patient as I was deciding what I wanted at the early stages. They cleaned up everyday. Neighbors were very impressed too. They followed up afterwards as well.

Quality install. Company rep kept me posted while waiting for materials to arrive. Billy and Robert completed install, were polite, friendly and professional. Cleaned up debris when job was finished. Will definitely refer to others and call company again for other home improvement projects.

Remodeling a kitchen can always be stressful and adding a pandemic on top of it can make it twice as hard for everyone!
However, the team at Sundance stood with me every step of the way and made the entire process as easy as possible. Having strangers in your home for weeks can be a challenge but the professionalism of the crew and the project manager made me feel extra comfortable and it was bittersweet when we completed the finishing touches.

The professionals at Sundance were all excellent from setting an appointment for an estimate all the way through performing the work. I quickly got an appointment for estimate on replacing a portion of my roof and had it in hand that day. The work was scheduled and completed 2 days later. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process including the helpful folks at Sundance.

They handled so many aspects of this project & relieved to work with one contractor to handle all the misc pieces. From cabinets, flooring, lighting, tile work, drywall, painting. Our home was built 16 years ago and was in desperate need of an exterior face lift. From start to finish Sundance walked us through the process and communicated what was happening with our project every step of the way. The crews showed up each day ready to work amidst the 95+ degree weather and were professional and courteous the whole time. Worksites were left clean and safe each day. Hiring a company to remove and replace a deck can be overwhelming to say the least. I decided to go with Sundance Homes because of (1) sales pitch, (2) other services provided such as the deck design by an architect and replacing some of my old vinyl siding and (3) competitive price. The entire experience from sales, demolition and building of the new deck was a very positive one. The entire staff that I interacted with was very courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say to improve the project. Freddie, the sales representative, took the time to make sure he had a good understanding
