Jay was extremely professional and came prepared to inspect with safety precautions such as gloves and face mask. He thoroughly inspected potential areas and at no point tried to upsell me on anything or provide unnecessary treatment. He's a straight shooter and is very open to different modes of communication. He gave us a path forward and explained everything very well which showed his knowledge and passion for his craft. Best part was that he showed up unmarked so as not to scare the neighbors. Discretion was a plus. Would highly recommend.

I think but not sure I had bed bugs and took care of them myself before Jay arrived but it was not clear - my poor girlfriend suffered from what looked like bed bug bites (which as I have been told by multiple people are not a 100% indicator). Jay did the most thorough inspection of the 3 services I had come in with no close second. He does charge, BUT IMHO you get what you pay for. If there were bed bugs I believe they were confined to our bedroom as they were caught early. Jay did a very thorough inspection of the rest of the house and found nothing. One of my tenants brought in bed bugs. I found these guys and I'm glad I did. They handled everything and took care of the problem. We live in Fairfield, NJ and recently developed a bed bug problem. I was worried that we'd have to throw away all the beds, furniture, and cloths. The owner Jay was great about going over the whole heat treatment process and I was relieved to hear we'd be able to keep our belongings. They also don't use chemicals which is great for my pets and kids. We barely needed to do anything in terms of prep work, just remove some heat sensitive items on their list sheet. Other places we called were telling us we'd need to have all our clothing dry cleaned, washed and bagged, or to just throw away our stuff
