My heat stopped working on a very cold day as more and more snow was coming down. Child’s Heating and Air was able to fit me into their schedule for that same afternoon! Justin diagnosed, explained the temporary fix and finished his work all within a half an hour. This temporary fix got my heat working while a sensor was going to be ordered.

Once again, I've had to use Child's H&A. And once again, Justin & his crew came through quickly, professionally, inexpensively and most importantly, HONESTLY. I called them at 6AM with my heat not working, by 7:10 they called to confirm he could make it today, he was here by 9:15 and done by 10:15. Needed a new burner head, house is nice and toasty. Justin Childs inspected the HVAC system on a new home I purchased. It is a legacy system (Hydro Heat) that is no longer being manufactured. Justin spent a considerable amount of time educating me on how it operated and any required maintenance. He was knowledgeable, personable and prompt. I highly recommend him.

Fast service on the day I called. Justin was here within 2 hours of my call. Our system needed a new board that had to be ordered. Justin fixed the air conconditioner so it could work until the part came in. Today he returned and put the part in and we are ready for fall cooler weather or indian summer heat. Great company, reasonably prices, fast and efficient service. Five stars for Childs Heating & Air‼

Justin came within the hour on a Sunday to check on our A/C that was on the fritz. He diagnosed the problem then explained and showed my husband exactly what was wrong. Gave us options, put the estimate in writing, and had us back up and running after picking up the part on Monday. In all the years of using A/C guys in various States, I finally feel I found someone trustworthy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

When everything else fails, Childs Heating and Cooling doesn’t fail. They were able to help me out within the hour at night. Everyone else were busy and had me scheduled for a 5 day wait. Justin is awesome. Knows what he is doing and had my AC going that same night. Great service and price. Very satisfied with this company! Will definitely recommend!!!

Today when my A/C stopped blowing cold air I reached out to Child’s for service. The customer service person who answered the phone (Mo?) was very friendly and worked to get me into Justin’s busy schedule.
The next available appointment wasn’t until tomorrow but since it was late in the afternoon, it was understandable.
However, Justin called me after 5pm and offered to come by right away since we live near each other! Justin took a look at my heat pump and recognized the root cause very quickly. He had the part to fix it on his truck and the cost was very affordable. He also stuck around
