Great store that carries Jacuzzi hot tubs and Caldera spas plus doughboy pools and lots of watercare products in stock.
Very nice people to deal with and who know their stuff.

Bought a pool from them, then they say that they dont have a crew to install so whats the point in buying a pool for the summer and have to look at it just sitting in pieces on a pallet i DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

A great place to do business! Josh is so helpful and Ron goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great. His recommendations on installation and even a deck builder made setting up our above ground pool a pleasure. Their help in maintaining perfect water has been so valuable.

If you are ever in need of a pool or pool supplies, do NOT use Brazos Valley Pools & Hot Tubs. We spent over $10,000 on an above ground pool from them back in May. They do not install pools, but gave us the name of someone they would recommend. By mid-June, the pool was finally delivered to our backyard where it sat in boxes for months because we could never get communication from the recommended installer.

We bought a above ground pool there in 2011. They are great on selling but service is horrible. To be told they had an emergency when we needed our sand changed and their emergency was had to install a hot tub in Madisonville. REALLY

Wow!!! These guys are dishonest and very rude....to me anyway! This company is several counties away from my home, but, since they were a Doughboy dealer, I decided to make the drive from Montgomery. I came in to Brazos Valley Pools to buy pool supplies for an older Doughboy. I was told that my pool was too old to order parts for. They could've told me that before I drove out there, passing dozens of pool companies. Then, I was sold another pool, chemicals, and accessories that day. They told me Baquacil was the way to go in my new pool. Sold me two cases totaling $240! When they loaded the pool

I was nervous about going into this place because I got my hot tub from Amazon (a cheap inflatable one), but I was having trouble and needed help. The attendant (I think her name was Bailey) was amazing. She went above and beyond writing notes and helping me with a game plan. The place was also decently kid friendly for my 4 year old.

I just read a bad review on this company. They are so far off base!
The staff at BV Pools goes out of their way to work with the customer, and get the chemicals & equipment that works for the customer. I have been going there for 6 years.
The Better Business Bureau reports they go out of their way to work with a customer if there is a problem. Check it out.
Or better yet, visit the store and judge for yourself of how you are treated.

Nothing!! Absolutely the most horrible company exer in Brazos county. We initially had great service the first year after moving into our home. The following year they cant remember who we are and was having pump problems that they repeatedly kept giving excuses on what we should try next. In after we begged them to send someone out. When they finally did he was the most incompetent technician ever! Nothing was fixed no were having to look outside of Bryan College Station to find a pool service. Would never recommend these people to anyone!!!!!
