In 2002 Clemens Septic Service was added to give customers more complete and satisfactory service. Clemens Excavating was established in 1979. At that time Clemens excavated for local contractors and installed new septic system. In 2002 Clemens Septic Service was added to fill the demand for customers who requested our services to clean their septic tanks. Clemens Septic Service is family owned and operated.

Homes with garbage disposals should be pumped out more frequently to keep the system free of the solids that the garbage disposal feeds into the system. The number of people living in the home will also affect how often the system should be pumped out. Can you pump out my system through the vent or observation port sticking out of the ground?

Subsequent septic services reveal what we payed for was not completed. Maybe it was competition talking but when our pump failed the contractor told me our primary / secondary hadn't been properly cleaned for years.

Called to see availability of a septic tank clean out. Said I would call back to confirm. They went ahead and sent someone out WITHOUT my permission. Then charged me for it and when I didn't pay because I never asked for the service they reported me to a collections agency. Affecting my credit score for a service that I absolutely never gave permission for. Totally ridiculous that I have to now jump through red tape to show the incompetence of the person who decided and inquiry for availability was a work order. Ridiculous

We were unexpectedly called away on the day of our appt. with Clemens. Workers came and did the job so well we had to call several days later because we couldn't believe they had been here and left everything exactly as they found it! Great job, great company, and a definite call back!

Clemens is phenomenal. I found them last year when we were having a septic emergency at the pool that I manage (septic emergencies DO happen...two hours before the biggest swim meet of the year and our tanks are full to the point of backing up through floor drains) and our septic service at the time was on vacation (without telling us). Without ever having done business with us, they had a truck out within 2 hours and had our tanks pumped so we could get back to business.
