Should I lay down a protective barrier like plywood before my dumpster is delivered? If you'd like to, please do! But we're confident that our container will not leave any damage on most driveways. There are large rollers on the back of our containers to help them roll easily across most surfaces. Will a dumpster hurt my driveway?

If I could have given them zero stars I would have. Absolutely horrible customer service, they ignore phone calls, lie, and steal your money. I was supposed to have a dumpster delivered on 5/24 and it never happened. When I called the next morning (5/25) he apologized and said he’d send someone out right now. 3 hours later it still had not been delivered. I called again and was told they were having difficulties with their truck and would be out in the next 20-30 minutes. Of course they still did not show up and never did. I called their listed business number multiple times throughout the day

Called to get a dumpster to clean out our garage and basement. spoke to Jeff on the phone and was able to walk us through the order process. Dumpster was perfect sized and showed up on the date we ordered it. We filled it sooner than the week so we called and they came same day to remove it. Great service and will be calling in the future.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
I scheduled a drop off at my house on the 6th for the 13th. It is now the 14th and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've called every hour. Poor excuse for a company. They've had over a week to prepare and they do NOT communicate with you.

Just Waste did an excellent job when we needed a dumpster to clean out storage in our home. Jeff was able to help me determine the appropriate size we would need and delivered it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I rarerly do reviews, just exceptional or horrendous experiences... unfortunately this is one of the poor reviews. I do not recommend this company.
I called Monday 3/19/2019 to see if there was availability for a 10 dumpster this week, sooner rather then later. There was a dumpster in that size that could be delivered Tuesday (3/20) evening or Wednesday (3/21). Since I could get it on Wednesday, I agreed and paid over the phone $175.00. No dumpster Tuesday, no prob, no dumpster Wednesday???? I called Wednesday evening at 5:46 and left a message asking if I was going to receive the dumpster that

Just Waste was extremely responsive from the first phone call to the final pick up of the container. The container was of great quality (we've had some that were practically falling apart.) Jeff placed it exactly where we wanted it on the drive way and was thorough in what could be thrown away. He gave suggestions on how to dispose of items that were not allowed in the container. We will certainly use Just Waste again! Great Customer service.
