The rudest *non-service* experience at Martens! Yep, another Reedsburg Wisconsin business gets only one star! I was shamed and scolded by a young staff woman for using a hand sanitizer at a checkout counter. She actually yanked the bottle out of my hand and yelled at me that the only sanitizer for customers were bottles for purchase. Thing was that the shelves of sanitizer for purchase were empty. Also, unlike other nearby businesses, there were no sanitizer "stations" near the entrance or checkouts. I much prefer Hartje's on Route 58 near LaValle for hardware and paints. On two different occasions, the price rang up significantly higher than what was labeled on the shelf. One item rang over twenty dollars the posted price. I showed the clerk who was extremely rude and gruff about it, to be told they don't know how that happened, but for " today", need to pay what it rings up as. So have taken business elsewhere, mainly due to the way I was treated.

This place has everything you need for whatever you need to do, period. The staff are all fantastic people and if you have any type of plumbing problem, look for Daniel.
