EAI Design Build LLC uses a proven process to bring your project from ideas & paper to final completion. The following is our professional goals. EAI Design Build LLC will always let you know all available material & constuction options. The Client will review preliminary plans, elevations and details.
John Eggersdorfer is owner of EGGERSDORFER ARCHITECTS and is a HUD-Approved 203K Consultant. As your 203k Consultant I will have an integral role in the successful completion of a 203K loan transaction and turnaround time. I use state-of-the-art construction estimating software and electronic data transfer to submit feasibility and work write-ups.
