After 15 years, I regret the end of our regular home garbage pickup service by Express. The regular pickups were usually fine. What precipitated cancelling was the office person's rudeness, defensiveness, accusatory tone, lack of record-keeping and communication, billing errors, incompetence, disorganization, and any imitation of professionalism that led to my decision. I hired another company that was professional and responsive. I support the other Google reviewers who describe the same treatment for residential pickups. (Apparently dumpster customers are treated much better bc those reviews

I cant say enough about the quality of this company and their staff .we were able to get immediate delivery of a dumster and they were able replace it as requested .Every time i called the were responsive like no other company.I highly recommend Mike and this company you will not be disappointed with their commitment to quality work and fair pricing .

Was initially impressed, had no issues with the first container, in and out no problem, tried to get another container to the same address about a month later and Mike the Owner, who was also driving the truck decided he would not drop the container there. So I would suggest if calling these guys request that Mike the Owner is NOT the driver. Mike the Owner does not have the skill set to drop containers in tight spots, and then he just wont drop it and screws up a whole schedule. Thanks Mike the Owner, my suggestion to you is to stay in the office and let the drivers drive and drop the containers
