In conjunction with the Mercedes-Benz World Wide Image program we converted these potential liabilities into assets creating a custom designed facility blending the existing installation with a dramatic two-story new car showroom, a fully renovated pre-owned showroom, and an expanded parts and service area. All areas of the building are now fully accessible.

Having completed expansion of this client's home (a circa 1900 "Sears and Roebuck" kit home), we were commissioned to expand their historically designated funeral home. Sensitive to the home's character and prominence in local history, the client knew that the magnitude of the addition may jeopardize the scale of the structure and degrade it's appearance.
Comprising one of our busiest market sectors, senior housing continues to grow in Dutchess County. The not-for-profit developer, Hudson Valley Housing Development Fund Company, is one of our firm's largest repeat clients and Meadow Ridge II is the largest project we have prepare for them thus far. Consisting of 52 units of affordable housing, the building is a mix of one and two bedroom rental apartments.
