I love my new home! M&M Development LLC created a community of great home-ownership products in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Camden, NJ. This developer is operated by criminals who lie to you and do not uphold their ends of the bargain.
They made me an offer to reimburse me which I in good faith accepted as i had it in writing. They decided a few weeks later to rescind this offer as they did not get the result from me that they wanted.
They have cost me thousands of dollars in time and money and do not operate with integrity.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before doing business with M&M Development
