This company has been absolutely horrible!! They promised my husband and I to come to our house for service 2 different times and never showed up plus they refused to pick up our phone calls. We literally had to borrow someone else's number to get a hold of them for a document needed to go forward. Once we got a hold of them the woman started yelling and hung up and we have been extremely nice and respectful! Please do not waste your time here. I've never experienced services this terrible and rude.

We went out of town and came back to a small pool in my front yard. After I calmed down from the anger I got on a Yelp and sent out requests for a reputable plumbing company. Samuel got back to me within 20-30min. He came out the very next day. His work was impeccable and he was very professional and the price couldn't be beat. I will definitely do business with Quality Septic again in the future.

UPDATE:

This has to be one of the most UNRELIABLE companies I've ever seen! Samuel was quick to take my mothers money after the problem he initially fixed happened again. I called him 9.11

Quality Septic LLC is a scam, all about making money. I was billed for two different sewer line services, Hydro Jetting and Hydraulic Pressure that performed the same functions, clear clogs, and buildup. I was billed for excessive sludge and overfill which are bogus fees. Their website claims that they are BBB accredited but they are not. They have an (F) rating by BBB because of complaints filed against the company. They broke my access cover to the tank and did not bother to make it known. I found out about it six months later when I had to call a different company to pump my tank again because

I picked the wrong septic tank company, I was overcharged on what they quoted me to empty my tank. I was quoted 350 claims she gave me a discount so only charge me $300 but also charge me 350 for sludge and $350 for overflow after a rainstorm. How can you overcharge somebody to separate sludge from liquid. Do not do business with them.

If I could give a negative star I would. Samuel Flowers, the owner of Quality Septic tank sent his employees out to clean my septic tank. As they were leaving, they damaged my driveway due to the weight of the truck and trailer that cracked my driveway, roughly 14 ft by 3ft. I contacted Samuel Flowers about the incident and he said that his trucks do not weigh enough to cause damage to anyone's driveway. He said he would come out and look at my driveway in the next couple of days. I had to contact Samuel Flowers the next following week because he never returned my phone calls. He promised

Called for an appointment and was able to get one quickly. Was given a window of 9-11. No one showed up. Called at 12 and was told that they'd be out at 3:30. Ok that's annoying since no one ever called to tell me this. But then 4:30 came and went with no one showing up. Then when I called no one answered the phone. Left a message that wasn't returned. Called to cancel on the off chance anyone was actually planning to show up any other day. I don't like giving my money to people people who are unprofessional. I'll look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment in a 2 hour window. They never called or showed up. Had to call them multiple times to get an answer when they were a no show. They said they'd call right back and never did. Find a real professional to work with.

I am giving Quality Septic a glowing review. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come to my home quickly. Sam did a full inspection of my septic tank and gave great recommendations about things that needed to be fixed and the future costs of the fixes were not bad at all.

Sam was great at explaining the work he did and while he had to dig up the yard a bit for the inspection, he did an excellent job covering the tanks back up and making it not look like an eyesore after.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for septic inspections or repairs.
