We are a small family owned business focused on helping other families in the local tri-state area of Northeast Georgia, Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. Adams Hearing first opened in 2008. We serve families and communities by helping people overcome the hardships created by hearing loss.
Hearing is one of our five senses and is so important to our personal well-being and self-worth. Hearing loss prevents or impairs communication with loved ones, co-workers, healthcare professionals and everyone we meet in our daily lives. When we can't hear and communicate we feel shutoff from our families and the world we live in.
Over the years we have served over 2400 families. By helping people with hearing loss we are also helping all of the people who share their lives. By helping people hear, we are helping them reconnect with their families, their friends and their lives.

Services
Near the end of 2006 he thought there should be an easier way to take care of people needing help with their hearing in and around Rabun County. He was retired and looking for something to do so he spoke with one of the local hearing aid businesses about getting his license and being an on-call specialist for the Clayton office.
Mr. Adams has been most helpful. First, when the audiologist who fitted my hearing aids no longer came to Clayton, Mr. Adams worked to help me adjust to the new hearing aids and to get them to work as well as possible. When he needed to work on them overnight or over a week-end, he provided loaners for me.

My husband has been losing his hearing for a number of years and tried many types of hearing aids from expensive to inexpensive. Then we met Chris and Karen Adams and things changed. The Adams' main goal is hearing not money. They worked with us and our budget to find what he needed. We are very happy. Would highly recommend.
