The SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) is how the efficiency of your heating and cooling equipment is measured. The SEER is the amount of cooling your system will deliver per dollar spent on electricity, as compared to other systems. For example, a 3-ton unit may have a SEER efficiency rating of 13, 14, or 15.
Have been a customer for several years and have had only one issue during that time, which was resolved quickly. Recently had new unit installed and, after checking other companies, found the price to be excellent, installation quick and efficient and follow-up check-up great. The Carrier was still working, but I wanted to upgrade to a more efficient system.

Ron was quick to respond after my estimate inquiry. He was very professional and knowledgeable during the estimate. He was very happy to answer any questions during the estimate process. He kept in mind what was best for the house and our comfort when writing the estimate. The estimate was very fair and detailed. The job was done very well and even completed a day early. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Ron Siegman came out and looked at our HVAC system. He said the heating unit was new and in good condition, but the cooling system inside and outside needed replacement. I acquired several cost estimates from competitors, but his was the most competitive by far and used the highest rated equipment in the industry. Additionally, I know mechanical engineers who live and breath working with HVAC systems, and they all reviewed his detailed quote and said he offered an excellent system and price. Our old HVAC (Heat Pump) developed a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced. Siegman was our second opinion contractor. Ron and his team were exceptionally transparent and honest with their assessment of my current situation and the recommended replacement unit. The installation team was prompt, respectful, thorough, and full of information. They provided temporary heaters for us to use during the work and made extensive duct optimizations around the internal unit to increase efficiency.

Siegman's Forced Air has installed several HVAC systems and performed maintenance for me in the past 15 years. I have always received great honest service every time. The cost for the estimate is the cost you pay withy no surprise's. They show up when they say they will show up and complete the work when they say it will be done. The service people have always been very friendly, helpful and respectful when on my properties. The quality of work is always top notch. Siegman Forced Air Systems had served our heating and cooling system for years. During the yearly Service, they advised us to upgrade the unit due to needed repair costs. Rick Staub advised us the best way to improve the entire system for the needs of our square footage and floor plan.
Mr. Staub sent a Team of 3 men and within 1 day, we came home to our Cozy Condo running perfectly without any problems or any evidence that anyone had ever been at our home that day.

I purchased a system a few years ago and had it serviced each year without issue. This year it stopped working. Tech came out the same day and replaced a small part under warranty. Wonderful!! Except, then the compressor was said to have gone bad two days later. Of course this was over the weekend and they wanted to charge me $400 to come out and "take a look". Sweated till Monday, they didn't show. Showed on Tuesday and had to order the part??? Two weeks later it's fixed, but with an outrageous bill for a covered part.
