Rooter Guys

We had our hot water heater break down -- and called another plumbing company. After 3 days---they ended up telling us they could not get the parts for at least 5 days! So we called the Rooter Guys--they came out the same day -- and replaced our old hot water heater. Deric Ivy and Julina Miller were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to both of you! Hot water in that night! You don't know how good we have it until we lose it! Thanks again Deric!

These guys are amazing. We've used them for 2 plumbing jobs at our home and both times we have been impressed. They are upfront with costs, able to add you to schedule quickly, show up on time and are so friendly. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber from now on.

Oh my god thank you Jesus for rooter guys this cool white guy named Deric came over at 9:52 when he was gonna arrive later he said he can come early and man this guy is good and fast I definitely will use the rooter guys again so yes they are fast and good good job

The most personable, hard working, efficient young man came out so quickly to replace our leaking (putting it mildly, it was gushing out of the top) water heater.
His name is Ryan. We've never had a better repair person come to our house.

Got up and took a shower this morning and came down stairs to a flooded floor.The drains were clogged .Call Marc the owner answered and in a few hours the plumber named Ryan un clogged us and very reasonable.Thank u

Upfront and honest about my whole situation. Showed up when they said and there were no sprites, would use them again in a heartbeat.

We called them because we had a water leak. They came out same day and fixed the repair for half of the cost of other plumbers. Great work, great service and great pricing!!!

What makes Ryan so great to work with is not just that he's incredibly knowledgeable and competent at his job -- shouldn't all professionals be? -- it's that he's unbelievably decent and goes out of his way to explain the work he needs to do; he suggests alternative, less expensive options; and he tries not to do work that he could easily teach us to do on our own, just to save us money

I just had one of the best experiences in my life as a customer EVER!!! Yelp only allows me to give these guys 5 stars but I would honestly would give them 10 stars! Marc, the owner contacted me quickly and I told him my situation and within 2 hours he had Ryan out to replace my water heater. When Ryan arrived he told me it would take him an hour to complete the job and he completed the job in about 45 minutes! My house just sold and inspector was coming today...and dontcha know, my toilet starts leaking. Talked to Rooter Guys at 8:00 am, he had a guy at my house at 9:00, and was all cleaned up by 10!!! Perfect job; and Ryan gets 10 stars for customer service and great attitude. Best experience I've had with a company in quite awhile!

Marc and his helper did an awesome job finding the problem and fixing it. They were done within an hour.

Horrible service.
The guy who came out flooded my bathroom and the hallway. He made unnecessary holes in my wall and it took 8 hours to fix a leak.
Pretty scary. Don't trust these people. They said they would remedy the situation but never came back or answered and charged way too much and ran.

If you care about the security of your data, stay away from this place. The owner carelessly left his van unlocked and hundreds of customer files were stolen. This included name, address and payment info. The thief dumped everything and I came across the huge pile of garbage while out walking. I carried out what I could and then called the numbers for the company, thinking they'd be happy to get some tools and important data back. They never bothered. It's still out there for the transients to get.

Absolute worst service, communication and lack of proper tools for the job we requested. As always, as these things happen, our drain backed up on a Friday night. Saturday morning I submitted a referral request through Angie's List for a plumber to snake our line. Within 2 minutes of hitting the submit button they were quick to respond and schedule a time to come by and help us out. Our time block was between 11a-1p, the technician didn't arrive until after 3:30pm with zero communication from anyone. I had called, left a message and sent text to find out the status. Run, don't walk, away from these guys. Save your money and go with a reputable company. These guys sold us a water heater that we didn't need, didn't ensure it was working before they left and didn't install it up to code. We had to have the manufacture come out to evaluate the problem and they were appalled at how it was installed. The manufacturer's rep was the one who found that it was a gas problem and NOT a bad water heater. Trust me. You DO NOT want to have these guys in your home.

They were fast and reliable. So fast I wondered about the price but oh well.

They came out in less than two hours.

They accepted credit card payments on site.

Emailed receipt was instant.

Really nice guys. They were clean and didn't make much noise while working. They were very polite, holding doors for staff coming and going when they did.

They were able to fix the issue without getting anything on the floor (AMAZING).

It was $200 for a weak flush (there was a pen in the toilet).

The way you handle a problem is often times worse than the problem itself.

The Rooter Guys failed to clean my sewer lateral all the way to the mainline drain as is required in the City of Davis. This policy varies from municipality to municipality but it is quite clear in their written policy. If a company is going to do work in a place it is their responsibility to be up on the local codes. They got the sewer flowing again by pushing their camera into the roots and loosening things up but because they didn't rooter it out at the connection and the problem will be coming back sooner than

Merle and his son Brodie came out for a kitchen sink blockage I had. Merle was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. He was able to show me step by step what was causing the issue and also how to fix it on my own. He even went out of his way and helped with the plug on my bathroom sink.

I would recommend this company to anyone!
