Absolutely would not use this guy. First off he's rude. Second he's very unprofessional. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. We called him to see if we could get an estimate on work for a crawl space in the home we are in the process of buying. He requested to look at the home inspection. When he called he said it was just a mess and started explaining his process. When we asked how much an estimate would be, he went through the whole process again. My husband asked a few times what it would take to get an estimate. Finally he said it would cost us $3,000 FOR AN ESTIMATE. That he would have

Frank answered his phone the first time I called. He was responsive and was able to evaluate my job on the same day. He wrote a fair proposal and left a copy with me. My job was small, and he was able to schedule it three days later. He called the day before to confirm, showed up when he said he would and completed the job per his proposal. His work was outstanding. He and his crew were polite and did not leave a mess. He called the following week to make sure the insulation made a difference and to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Overall a great job and I would definitely hire him again

Had Frank come and remove all my old insulation in my attic. Frank was priced competitively and was able to start shortly after the estimate. He will provide a wealth of knowledge and answer all your questions, there are similar companies around town that will charge you for the same advice Frank gives for free. He has been in the business a long time and you can trust what he says.

My husband and I are very pleased with the excellent work Gray Insulation did at our home. We called them because they added insulation to our attic years ago and that insulation is still in great shape. This time they replaced the insulation under our floors and also laid a vapor barrier. We recommend them for any of your insulation needs. Frank was wonderful to work with and provided quick answers to all of my questions. He and his team took out and replaced our old 1970's insulation, performed mold remediation and put down a moisture barrier and their service was top notch! Frank is friendly, professional and easy to work with and I suggest him for anyone who needs work done to their house!

The absolute worst experience! He is way overpriced! His workers are as unprofessional as they come, looks as if they were brought into my home straight off the streets. The job was completed 2 months ago, when I went to sell the house this month the inspector said the insulation needed to be re-done. When you call the company number Frank will pick up the phone and can be VERY rude. I would not recommend him to anyone and will also be reporting the company to Angie's List to hopefully save someone else the grief. My recommendation, go with someone else in town!
