Contacted them as they were main contractor for previous owner of our home. Range hood was coming out of the wall, pulled out by its own weight. Asked for an expert to come over and take a look at it. They sent an "expert" the same day who took the hood off and crashed it into our cooking range which is now shattered and needs to be replaced. Spoke to the "boss", a guy named John, who completely denied any liability and stated that he "did me a favor". I tried to find an amicable resolution by offering them to make me a reasonable offer on the repair of both hood and
