TurnerBuilt can help you locate a lot and assist with your plan selection. You can choose from a gallery of existing plans or have one designed specifically for you. You benefit from our outstanding in-house designers or our working relationships with many area architects and engineers. Throughout the construction of your new home or remodel, it is our job to guide you through the decisions that affect the finished product.
In the 14 years that I've been having work done by you and the crew at TurnerBuilt, I've never been less than totally satisfied. I had a total kitchen remodel with Turnerbuilt in 2014. Bruce Turner was great! He listened to all my questions and improved what I had wanted. While I was away for 1 month. Bruce took pictures of my kitchens progress! His crew was friendly and cleaned up every day. My kitchen turned out beautiful!!! 2 years later in 2016 we contacted Bruce again for a living room remodel. We had our fireplace replaced, carpets and paint. The living room is beautiful and the fireplace is gorgeous! Bruce is always available for questions after his work is completed. In the future we plan on using Bruce

Before signing a contract for design, Bruce sent over a small questionnaire with basic questions such as what type of style do we want and most importantly what is our budget. During the design phase Bruce met with us on several occasions to help us sort out how we can make the most of our Bathroom space. Bruce bought numerous samples over to our house and I often stopped by the Half Moon Bay studio to pick up some samples for my family to review.

My experience was very similiar to Kris I. - I reached out to Turner about 2 months ago regarding some remodeling work in my home. I gave some very specific details by phone / email and was connected to Chad. Over a course of 2 weeks, we hammered out a date for consult / price quote. On the date of the appointment, he did not show nor did he give me a phone call to let me know. When I called about 30 mins past the appointment time, Chad said he was quite busy (and expressed an I don't care attitude) and could not make the time then and will contact me to reschedule. If you're new to remodeling and haven't a clue, call Bruce at "TurnerBuilt" in Half Moon Bay. I have been planning my dream kitchen for years and when the time came to finally start my kitchen remodel, I had no clue were to begin. I knew I needed someone who could take charge and create the kitchen I had been planning. We had interviewed two other contractors and then my husband and I met Bruce. In Feb. this year I called Bruce, I had a huge remodel project (100k + budget) and I was looking for a bid based on his great yelp score. He was great over email communication (he was at a conference) came to my house when he got back, and told me in a few days he would give me an estimate. A week goes by and he emails me to say "you know, I don't have the time for this, and I know you have other people bidding, so I'm going to bow out." This was fine enough.
Now, in September, we have a substantial home repair that I am taking bids for (dishwasher

Bruce Turner and his team remodeled two of our bathrooms simultaneously due to water damage from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs one.
Bruce worked within our budget and time constraints. He was instrumental in the design and execution process. Burce was innovative and willing to work in our creative ideas. His entire team was professional, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and neat. All of the materials used in the remodels were first-rate and the workmanship was impeccable.
When a minor issue was raised, Bruce took immediate action to correct it and make sure we were satisfied

I first met Bruce Turner when he was recommended as an "expert witness" to help us evaluate the quality of a remodel (with another contractor) that was not going well. Bruce eased my mind and quickly earned my trust with his patient explanations and wise counsel. Fast forward to needing some additional work done, and TurnerBuilt was my first call.
Although it wasn't a big project, Bruce's communication was fast and friendly, and he was extremely flexible with scheduling. Most of the work was performed by his long-time employee Steve, and we are just thrilled with the outcome

TurnerBuilt just completed an extensive kitchen renovation for me. What a fantastic experience - Bruce Turner came over to look at the kitchen of a new house I'd just bought and worked with me to help create my dream kitchen - Bruce is awesome to work with. He's extremely creative and several of his "creative ideas" resulted in opening up the house in a positive way.
His team is top notch - Chad is the person I got to know best - he's such a perfectionist from putting up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of the house and new appliances from the work dust to calming
