Caroline is extremely rude. They always change us more then what they say. Rarely get any calls back after several messages. Still have not replaced the salt generator piece that was under warranty and it’s been since last summer.

My wife and I researched pools and pool builders for years, finally interviewing three. Eddie at Laurel was casual, friendly, open, honest, and super low pressure. We got the design we LOVE. Construction was a breeze with Mike. We have enjoyed our pool ever since and highly recommend them to others. I'm a homebuilder and know a good contractor when I see one. They are it.

Guess business must be good because I can't get a return call - spoke to someone initially and was ready to move forward with them on an in-ground pool and they said Eddie would give me a call .. Never happened, so I called and left another message and still no return call.

They came in and redid a pool for us that another pool company had done. They were fantastic from start to finish. When they finished all we had to do was mulch down. Liked that once they start your pool, they finish it. Would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the Laurel Pools team from the first meeting. They kept nearly every element of the construction process in house, which is rare to find these days. They provided me with a high-quality concrete swimming pool at a price that was within our budget. Great job Mike, Eddie, and Carolyn!
