We dealt with Jamie Carey and can't say enough about her knowledge of the business. Unsure of what we were looking for and going strictly by a description, she took us through BBG's extensive warehouse and shop showing us slab after slab till we found the Calacatta Arno and that was what we were looking for!
Post ordering, the team that cut the slabs even took care to ensure that the veins all went in almost precisely the same angle as the other other counter tops. Truly great work, fantastic price, good communicators, and professional installation. What more could you ask for?

My initial contact was great, unfortunately, it went downhill after I paid my money. I will say the counter is nice, but the staff I had to deal with unethical. They did not show up when scheduled, closed and did not notify me of this, and Tonya the Manager tells me it is in the employee handbook. I'm not an employee!!! No referrals coming from my way! Going to take me a while to get over this.
