I am a grandmother who just relocated from Northern California to LA (Koreatown). I recently had the best experience ever with HireAHelper staff Bryant and Marvin. They were attentive, polite, and paid close attention to every detail of my move. Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again. After loading our Pod in Seattle with 7 friends we decided we were going to need some professional help to unload the Pod in The Bay. I reached out to Lucas at 5 Star moving with less than 5 days notice. He was communicative, helpful and assured me that his crew would be able to help me without an issue.
The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. The crew was speedy and professional Leaving my wife and I very impressed.
I would recommend 5 Star Moving to anyone who needs some help with their Bay Area move.

The moving process was simple and stress free. Lucas was very responsive while setting up the move. Carlos and Leo were extremely efficient and got the move done quicker than the estimated time. Nothing was broken in the move and they even managed to get a large couch in that I didn't think would fit. Great moving crew!

Carlos and Pepe were a phenomenal team! They showed up early and were ready to roll. They listened carefully to what we were hoping to do and reassured us that they could fit everything in the storage POD. They moved quickly and efficiently, and negotiated our one flight of outdoor stairs without any hesitation. We were so impressed! Not only could they fit in everything we planned to put in the POD, they were so efficient that some of the things we didn't think we could fit, they were able to fit in. Moving is a stressful experience in general and this experience really was a highlight for us

5-Star Moving is FANTASTIC. Just used this team to load our PODS this week (November 2020). What a great company. From scheduling the move with Lucas - super responsive, nice, helpful - to loading up the PODS with Carlos and team, everything was seamless. Professional and experienced team. I was referred by our buying agent to hire 5 Star Moving and I am extremely happy I did.
I made all arrangements with Lucas who rapidly provided a clear and extensive set of costing options based on the pictures I provided him.
Kevin and Alberto promptly arrived on the agreed day. They did all the packing on day one, and, with the help of two colleagues, finalized the move on the second day.
All of our household items (family of three, three bedrooms single home) were duly packed picked and moved as planned. No surprises and no issues, all done with a smile.

Used for filling a 16' PODS container. Two guys that came were very nice, fast, and knowledgeable about how to load it. They got it completely loaded in an hour, way faster than I thought it would take. We have used professional movers in the past, and they were by far our favorite. They totally deserve their 5 star rating. Highly recommend.
