I rarely (if ever) give 5 star ratings but when a company does everything the way it should be done I can't not give 5 stars! From the moment I called they working for me. I called them regarding a tree falling on my house. They asked if I wanted someone out here immediately. I told them no bcs the roof wasn't leaking and it was 6pm. They said "we'll be there in the morning. I kind rolled my eyes and thought, ok sure you will. They were in my driveway at 9am the next morning. Chainsaws were going 5 minutes later. They removed and cleaned everything up as well as mitigating some damage I didn't

Billy Uhl and his team went above and beyond to assist me with water damage clean up that resulted from a plumbing issue in my home. The company was extremely responsive in assessing and preventing further damage, treating wet areas to prevent mold growth and equipping me with high quality dehumidifiers. ISC Services was highly recommended by my insurance company and after my experience with them, I understand why.

ISC services are a first class operation. I had a flood on a Sunday and within an hour I had 2 gentlemen at my house.
They were prompt and respectful every time they came. The basement was remediated and cleaned perfectly. I even got a call from one of the owners and a visit from another one just to follow up.
I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a sump pump go bad while we were out of town. Came home to a horrible mess. Heard about ISC Services form a friend who had used them and was very pleased with their service. They responded quickly and got the job done quicker than I expected and did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Chris is very disrespectful. he showed up unannounced brought half of the materials in, knocked a bunch of stuff down off the shelf in the hallway and left it before leaving. i wasn’t aware it’s normal to come into someone’s house drop a lot of stuff and then not clean up after yourself
very slow at the work needing to be done. caught workers throwing personal belongings as well. they always come unprepared and understaffed. they have broken more things in my house “trying” to fix things. all state needs to do better picking out companies. i understand covid slowed some things down but

I would highly recommend ISC services to anybody who wants to be taken advantage of, lied to, ripped off, harassed, bullied and/or threatened.
After some minor storm damage to my home, they were recommended by my insurance agent. I asked for an estimate before any work was done, but they sent a third-party contractor out to remove a tree and "inspect the damage" to see if it was worth making a claim. Poor communication and shoddy paperwork ensued. Then they proceeded to bill me for thousands of dollars of work I never authorized and harassed me about paying. No actual work was ever done to fix

Their work was fair, they lacked good communication and they took far too long to complete the work that needed to be done. Then a year later a pipe sprang a leak in the wall going down to the basement due to their workers tapping it with a screw when they installed a hand rail. They did come in to start work, but it was half completed, I could never get a straight answer on job dates and what they were going to take care of, not to mention going to meet them and then they were a no show and never called, this happened several times. This leak caused black mold and water damage. This was my Dads

We had a house fire and their emergency team and cleanup crew were spot on. Do not have this company do the entire project. After the cleanup it was a total nightmare. The project manager was horrible and really didn’t have a clue.They tried to cut corners to save themselves money. They stored our stuff during the reconstruction and a three-month job took them seven months to do. It took them this long so they can make more money off the insurance company to store our stuff. We had more than one project manager because the first one wasn’t getting the job done. We couldn’t get either one

The flat roof over two small rooms upstairs blew off this spring during a storm. There was no interior damage.
Insurance Services Construction (ISC) decided to remove half of the roof section in one piece, apparently lost control of the material and got black tar streaks on our white siding. We have pictures.
They tarped the roof. The next day when it rained we had water running inside our house. They came out to fix it. The next day it rained and we had water gushing in. They refused to come out again as they had learned we had not signed for the roof replacement with them. The gushing water
