Requested service to assess dryer and determine why my washer smelled so funky after washing clothes.
Advised dryer motor is going out, I which was afraid of, and I was using too much detergent in washer causing residue, thus smell. Product used to get rid of smell worked and product name was shared by repairman, Jeff.
Jeff was helpful and professional. I do believe the bill was high for no more than was done.

In this day and age of people doing more with less, we all have experienced a lack of quality in service and often times in those providing the service. However, nothing could be further from the truth with the experience I had with my very first call to All Pro Appliance Repair. Jim returned my call within minutes, set the appointment for 2 hours later and told me Johnny would be calling me just prior to his arrival. Sure enough, Johnny notified me he was on his way, which was 1 hour and 30 minutes after making the appointment. Johnny was not just efficient in his work. He was extremely nice,

Jonathan was very prompt, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for my oven. He scheduled a time to install the new part. When the part came it, it was broken. He called me and said what happened, reordered the part and scheduled repair appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to power outage at our house. Jonathan rescheduled and came at the time scheduled, installed the new part. Great service and now that my oven is fixed, I may have to cook. 😂

Excellent service from a professional company. Diagnosed the issue with my dryer and was up front with the options and cost to repair. My dryer was not only repaired on time and as promised but was also returned cleaned up and free of all lint. I would definitely recommend this company for any appliance work.

First the positives; All Pro was courteous on the phone, professional, and service was prompt. I was getting an F4 error message on my GE oven, a quick google search told me it was probably a temperature sensor. The technician that came out was well dressed, neatly groomed, a consummate professional, and very friendly. He didn't have the part on… his truck and said he would have to return tomorrow with the part; no biggie. He returned the next day on time, in fact a few minutes early and installed the part in short order. The oven returned to proper working order and the technician cleaned

First time for us to use All Pro Appliance Service. I sent a service request from my phone on a Sunday evening. This was very easy to do. They called me first thing on Monday morning. The Technician, Jonnie, was at my house by 10am. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, provided me with an estimate. The repair was completed quickly. An unpleasant first appointment was turned into a very satisfying second try. The service man was here at the appointed time and within the first five minutes determined what was causing the problem and after a quick adjustment had every thing running again. The best part was no service charge was assessed. I'm very impressed with how the owner? followed up on my complaint and offered to correct the situation. I will use this company again.
