ProServe Fire was founded with a vision to change the culture within our service area in how a full service, Fire Protection contractor should operate both internally with our staff and with our customers. With the many rag and tag, in and out operators that exist and offer their "services" throughout the area, the customers perception of our industry has been tarnished.
ProServe Fire offers a wide range of fire protection services to commercial and retail properties throughout the Carolinas and southern Virginia. We specialize in new system sales and installation as well as existing system inspection, testing, maintenance and repair. Our company operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week ensuring safety and peace of mind allowing our customers to know we have them protected.
It's easier to justify the authorization of repairs when you can see what is broken. We photo document deficiencies as they are identified and provide them to you when a quote is prepared. We track the onsite time for of our technicians using our GPS enabled software allowing us to submit accurate invoices for work completed.

I dropped my wallet in a parking lot and a ProServe employee found my wallet, attempted to contact me on the Bookface, and when that failed, they knocked on my door at home.
I didn't even know I was missing my wallet. I had a sick cat and a circus going on in the house and was just gobsmacked by the whole situation.
This local company, ProServe. I hadn't heard of them before, but clearly they hire people with a high degree of integrity. The world has changed drastically in a years time, but one thing that has not changed is that good people still walk among us.

One of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had to be honest. Took four days to get a callback to schedule service, and when he called he was LITERALLY ANGRY WITH ME for calling another fire service who came within the same week. I said wow you're making this really difficult. He said "I could make this a whole lot more difficult for you." he said, again, why did you call us if you were just going to call someone else. I said believe me, I will never in my life ever call you again. Don't worry about it. What a nightmare dude. You can make it more difficult for me? I genuinely don't

Was charged a $50 service call fee for this Proserve to come inspect my extinguisher, which I paid at that time. I had 3 extinguishers that needed to be service. I agrees to the service and they took all there extinguisher to be service. When the extinguishers were returned i paid the bill and did not get a invoice. I call and got the invoice and noticed that they charge me another $50 for a service call. This company is taking advantage of the service fees. I would not recommend this company and advice anyone who does use Proserve to double check their bill.
