Bill, the owner, was professional and courteous. Our family feels secure and we love that the window bars installed dont have the traditional burglar bars look. Very professional staff. Bill is a great guy, looking to secure your home. Jake is also a great guy. He came to my home and did a professional assessment of my security needs. We agreed to proceed with window protection. They completed the project within the contracted time, cleaned up behind themselves, and made it look like they were never there. I had a great experience with this company. They installed my windows several years ago and I had a need for a service call. They were prompt to schedule and came on time. My issue took minutes to address - I was quite embarrassed I couldn't figure it out myself. The owner reassured me that it was not a problem - that is what they are there for. Would recommend this company.
