K & L Business Services

They put big holes coming from outside of my home to the inside of my home and ever since they did this I have been having water leaking in my home and it destroyed walls. They came out inspected my system and told me I needed a new ac unit and lines. I wish I never used them because now $3000 and not even a week later my ac is not working and I have water damage from them not running the ac lines properly. When I told them what was happening after the repairs they made they said it would cost more to fix it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay away.

Kyle is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He has repaired an existing a/c unit for me in the past. In my current house, he installed a new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner. He helped me choose the best unit for the size of my house, keeping quality and the best bang for my buck in mind. When the time came to have the unit serviced he was responsive and prompt. Unlike HVAC companies I've used in the past, Kyle is honest and thorough. He guarantees and stands by his work.

Kyle was great. He came out when I couldn’t get anyone else to with the heat emergency we were experiencing. He corrected a few issues in addition to what I called him for that should have been noticed years ago by the regular maintenance guy. These corrected issues are surly going to save us a lot of headache for the rest of the winter. Great job KL Business Service!

I like that he took the time to explain what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed and he told me what the costs were going to be before he did anything. KL Business Services is an example of how businesses should be ran. Customer service was premium when I called they called me back, the projected window of arrival was followed with a text letting me know the technician was on his way.
Integral and knowledgeable the technician knew the various types of furnaces and the latest trends among them. I was already given a few instructions before he arrives once on site he diagnosed the problem repaired it and charged me fairly. Left me with helpful tips for future maintenance.
