We were moving Mom. Holiday did not show up at the time that they were scheduled at.
After multiple calls, with only a voicemail message, were we able to get a call back.
We were told that they could have a truck there by 10:00am.
While trying to get a person on the phone, we called a different company who arrived within 30 minutes of our call.
By the time Mike got back to us, we already had another never enroute and we told Holiday that their services were not needed.
This company never called to confirm the movr, after scheduling and prior to the date.
I wouldn't recommend
