Critical: Professionalism
Dont use these guys. Im a GC and hired them to remove 11 or so trees, stumps and roots for a new house, they removed the trees and covered the stumps and roots. 2 weeks later after paid in full I started my footings and found 4' round stumps and 1' roots everywhere. Owner refused to come back. Bad company

The tree company, Above the Rest Tree Service, came to my neighborhood and asked if I needed tree work. I got a good quote from Chris and ended up taking out two very bad trees plus an overgrown Bird of Paradise. Their trucks and equipment was the best and best of all, they had enough workers to do the job quickly and efficiently. When I asked for proof of insurance, they provided it by email immediately. James handled the paperwork and collected the money. They did the job quickly and professionally taking caution where needed. They also did a good job on cleanup. Very important. I asked them

I had two trees that needed removing and two additional stumps that needed grinding. Todd and his crew swooped in with the right equipment and personnel needed to do the job, They removed the trees and ground the stumps, quickly, efficiently, and for a very reasonable price, and left the yard and driveway clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your tree needs.

Not here to bash the company but somethings need to be addressed. The first time I hired this company everything went great. The second time not so much. They came out got everything thing done but time was getting late so they had more work on in the neighborhood so asked if they could finish the next day. Well they had to leave to go help with the hurricane I get it so we pushed the work back till they got back into town. Well once getting back I never got a call back I wasted a whole week calling everyday and they promise they would be out. Since they got paid in full what do we matter now right

This crew was able to come in and get the work done. There was no messing around. They were open to any additional requests I had. They guys cleaned everything up afterwards and it looks great. They also had the proper equipment to make quick work what would've taken others much longer. Highly recommend!!!

The Above the Rest crew came in and removed downed trees from Hurricane Ida in Houma LA. We had a huge oak that had fallen on our chicken coop and run , and they were able to remove it without further damage. They also removed three additional trees what were damaged in the storm. These guys are hard working, professional, and very nice. Tim & Chris both got back to us within an hour of my call. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely use them again. We highly recommend them for any job you may need.

This company and their workers have no respect for your property! They came with at least 9 guys on their crew. One on a machine and the others stood around while my property was destroyed. I told Jason that there were sprinkler pipes in the beds where the trees were. And I had already removed the rubber mulch from around the trees that they may have to cut the tarp away from the base of the trees. So they knew or at least Jason was to who was supervising.
Less then 45 mins later they were done, I come out of my house and the military statue that was in one bed had fallen over, and was damaged

I cannot praise Above the Rest strongly enough. Andrew Curby walked my property with me during the estimate. He was straight up and honest about everything. No high pressure sales BS... he addressed all my concerns and even let me know some I need not worry about.. I appreciate that. The quote was more than fair and honest and not over inflated like is the norm for many companies these days. On the day of the tree work they arrived early and on time as they said they would. The entire company from the owner down to the lowest rung on the totem pole all worked together as a team. Great care was

I live in a neighborhood with a lot of large oaks, so there are always tree services knocking on my door. I hired Above the Rest because they were so much more professional than any tree service company I have ever encountered. They did an amazing job on our property, which needed a lot of work, including the taking down of a very large (dead) oak. Both the owner and the project manager were at my house during the job and they spent a lot of time with me making sure that I was happy with the work. They sent a huge crew and so they were able to get the job done in short order. The men were all polite
