I have worked with Eddy at Rug Land over several years to choose rugs for two different homes. He is helpful and professional and above all, works with me to find just the right rug for each space. Even if it means purchasing several rugs over several months and returning rugs when they aren’t right, he is always eager and willing to continue searching until I am happy. He is also willing to send several out for trial, understanding that I won’t be able to return them until we are back in town. He is completely trusting of me and the feeling is mutual!

After searching for a new bedroom rug online and in local home stores, we came across the high review ratings for Rug Land and decided to take a look. After meeting with Scott and viewing their large in-store selection, we didn't quite find the perfect rug. We had the best experience here. We walked in and honestly didn't expect much. We were greeted by two charismatic employees who went above and beyond to help us find a rug that fit our taste and style and something that was also in our price range. They had insightful design input and ideas - it was almost like having our own interior decorator! We highly recommend Rug Land - visit and you will not be disappointed.

Anything smaller would not work for the size of our new dining room set.

We got amazing service. He really took his time with us and was willing to work with us on prices. He got a feel for what we had in mind right away. Every carpet he offers is customizable in terms of size and shape and he is even willing to order a piece for you that may have gone out of stock. There is a huge inventory on the floor to begin with, though. They have a minimum of 5,000 carpets to look through at any given time. Best place in town to find carpets and rugs of any I've visited over the years.

Scott is amazing. We have been using him for years to help us find unique rugs. If he does not have something in the store, he will take you to local show rooms were you can see and select rugs in person. They will even deliver them for a reasonable fee. We live in Fort Worth now, but still make the drive back to work with him. He is that good.

I walked into this place because of the good reviews on Google; however, I was not expecting to buy and simply browse. However, I showed the salesman Mohammed pics of my place and asked for the right living room 5x7 carpet along with an entrance hallway circular rug. He knew exactly the right color and size in my place within 5 minutes. He told me he was actually born in a rug which made me chuckle and seriously believe that he knew what he was talking about. He recommended two fantastic rugs which match the decor in my contemporary condo perfectly. I even returned one standard to upgrade

I've never had worse service. The salespeople obviously work on commission and the guy running the floor when I waked in was very aggressive. I tried to politely shut him down so I could look peacefully but he wasn't getting the hint. Finally, I said "I prefer to look on my own, but I'll come find you if I have any questions," and thanked him for his help. He glared at me and stalked off. While I was looking through the hanging rugs, he slammed the rugs closed on me to show another customer a rug on the end. That would have been bad enough, but I was carrying my infant

By no means am I a rug expert. I just like what I like and I know it when I see it. And I have been looking for awhile for rug to compliment the other pieces in my place. I have no idea why I had not come across Rug Land Dallas before now. Regardless, I am thankful I found out about it a few weeks ago.
