Stroudwater Design Group Inc. is a personal service design studio located in the San Francisco Bay Area that provides professional landscape architecture design services for residential and estate landscapes, and a limited number of winery properties and municipal commissions.

We strive to create gardens that capture the fluid interplay between the natural patterns and elements of the site, the materials and spatial articulation of the architecture, and the life patterns of those that will interact with the gardens and outdoor spaces. Stroudwater Design Group's mission is to design artful, personally tailored gardens for our clients that are of fine scale with elegant proportion, materials and detail. Every commission is a thoughtful blending of the client's vision and individual desires with the unique qualities offered by both the architecture and the beauty of the site.
We advocate to our clients a collaborative design process which explores the beauty found in the sites natural design palette of form, colour, scent, texture, pattern, light and shadow - and we draw on these qualities to enhance both the architecture of the gardens and the natural beauty of the site.
