Rob was so wonderful in getting our roof replaced, lined up people to replace gutters, etc…and he got the most wonderful painters to paint the brick on our house. He came by frequently to check to make sure we were happy with all the work being done. We are so happy we chose Rob and Theresa Schwartz Contracting for our home improvements. Our home looks like a brand new home.

Never again. Dishonest, unprofessional, told me on my window job, when nothing was finished and broken trim replaced, insulation hanging out, clear sealant all over woodwork, gaps, that it was done and up to me to finish. After providing pictures and saying I was not happy, he spent the installer back to finish then caulked himself. Told the installer he wasn't welcome at my house, which was a lie, kept saying he cashed the remaining $2200 check he didn't really cash. Just a fiasco.

We originally hired Rob because of the good google reviews and his claim that he came from a wholsome Amish background with generations of builders experience, but in reality he proved to be very difficult to work with throughout the whole process. It turns out Robs memory is going away due to his advance age which was confirmed by his own workers who said he’d been loosing his memory a lot. Rob would apppear to listen at to our plans for a total remodel and even take notes, but in reality he’d often do the opposite of what we wanted. We told him we wanted marble kitchen countertops and then

We had a new roof, windows, soffit, gutter, flooring and some repairs under the house, as well as a wall in the house, done with Schwartz. The team was amazing! They are respectful, hard working and professional. They took their time making sure everything they did was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the work the guys did and will call them anytime we need anything done to the house! You can’t go wrong with Schwartz!
