Enjoyed using Nisbet for my lumber and decking needs. Everything was in stock and ready to go. Their price was better than Lowe's and their staff is much more knowledgeable on the products. Will be coming back for my next project.

We are so grateful for the team at Nisbet Brower!
Lynn was so helpful and thoughtful in the quoting process. We were on a really tight timeline and they originally told us they couldn't fit us in-- as soon as something opened up within our window, Lynn called us and made it happen!

We got quotes from all across town and theirs had no hidden fees or taxes. The quote was the FINAL price.

We removed our own countertops and bought our sink/ faucet on amazon to save money.

The installation team was polite, clean, and quick. Out within an hour.

We are so grateful, and will use them again

Referred there by Daltile as we only needed a remnant piece only to be told our job was too small and wouldn't be profitable enough for them to work with us.

Do not deal with this company-especially their kitchen designer. Wrong cupboards ordered, wrong trim sizes, items that weren't ordered (like shelving, trim boards) caused long delays in the project. Changing prices on items already paid for. Constant arguing-totally unprofessional! End result -sitting in my garage: 2 new cupboards & crown molding for the entire kitchen. My attorney advised I had plenty of proof to sue, but the money returned for their mistakes would be spent on attorney fees & more delays. How do I end this mess on a positive note? I hope I can save 1 person from

I would never recommend coming to this business if you need cabinets. After 3 times of screwing up an order, the 4th time was the wrong color. Not to mention, couldn't have the decency to make things right on their end. This place should be downright ashamed of the way they treat paying customers. Please do not waste your time and hard earned money to get treated like a joke!

Can't recommend N Brower. Poor employee training in dealing with customers when issues arise. Dealt with two different people there. Guest bath counter top measured incorrectly and off-center by multiple inches. This was blamed on me as if I requested it that way because I signed off on it. Handled horrendously and extremely frustrating to me and my contractor. The first two times they were scheduled to replace it they didn't show up, and no call... and didn't return my calls. Master bath sink/vanity and makeup vanity drawers were completely not lined up, and the cabinet fronts not put on evenly

Awesome customer service, helped me out to create a solution for our basement stairs landing and it likely will cost a fraction of what we went in there thinking it would be. I will be going here for any materials I need now for my basement finishing. Thanks again!

This is by far the worse company you can possibly go through. I had them come out and do measurements for installation. The guy had no idea what the hell he was doing and measured it wrong, so when install time came the countertop was wrong. So that pushed it off a couple more months due to their mistake. So now they come back with the correct countertop and not only did they scratch my new sink and refrigerator, but they split apart the cabinets by pounding down on the corner. I let all that go,now here we are less than 6 months later and the "great" countertop is bubbling and cracking

Had one of the worst experiences with this company, ordered some cabinets on 3/14/17 and paid in full that day. Told me the order would take 3-4 weeks which was pretty standard, on 4/12/17 I called to check in and the sales person that I ordered through told me that the order was never placed or didn't get confirmed and that it would be another 3-4 weeks. Not being satisfied I decided to speak to a manager to see if anything could be done. Upon talking to Rick he confirmed that the order was somehow not placed or confirmed and said that they had a great relationship with the cabinet marker

After initiating two projects with Nisbet Brower, I became dissatisfied on two levels:

1) The level of attention to detail slipped as soon as the interactions were no longer face to face. To get accuracy, the customer must know all of the details and follow-up on the order details to assure accuracy. The color/finish of kitchen cabinets was wrong, as were several other details and, if I didn't consistently review the work, or, if I asked their rep to double check a color name I thought was inaccurate, the rep didn't do it

2) If they make an error, they will admit their mistake and
