Long and his team did an awesome job refinishing our floors. He was flexible in providing a few different quotes for us when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do, was reasonably priced and was able to schedule us promptly. When we came back home we couldn't believe how good the floors looked, it made the whole house look new. They did a great job keeping the dust down and had plastic-ed off all of the areas where they weren't working. Long even went above and beyond and left us a surprise gift! I would absolutely recommend using them.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job that Long and his team did on our kitchen floor. Our floor is very old pine which was in terrible shape. After being refinished it looks beautiful. It turned out even better than I thought possible. Long is very professional and does a great job. I highly recommend him!

Long and his team were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job refinishing our floors. We don't know the last time they were refinished and they were in rough shape. They look gorgeous now! Long was on-time for the estimate and the team completed all of the work earlier than expected. We will definitely use them again on any future work.

Couldn't recommend working with Long more! As a first time home buyer, we didn't know anything about floors or what questions we should be asking. Long came to our house and took his time with us explaining the different types of wood that were used in our home in addition to how different types of stain would look on the varying types of wood. He was so informative, kind, and patient with all of our questions. We felt confident in our choice of hiring Long and he did not disappoint! Our floors look AMAZING! Long and his team did such an excellent job on my last home, they were my first call when I purchased my new place. Long is professional, responsive, and friendly, and my floors look wonderful. It’s worth noting that the floors he refinished seven years ago in my last place, looked just as good on the day I sold. Highly recommend!

I recently started remodeling my house and was looking to replace the old flooring with new hardwood. I called around to few local hardwood flooring companies for estimates before deciding on Artisan. The owner Long came out to give me an estimate within one day of contacting him. Once we decided on flooring style, Long took over from there. He ordered the wood for us and handled the delivery. He told us we would have to acclimate the wood and he gave me a date of when he would return for the install. His install crew showed up on the morning he said and they went to town! I highly recommend Artisan Harwood Flooring. Long is very responsive and answered all of my questions. Our home looks brand new and our floors are beautiful. The crew was always on-time and the project was completed right on schedule. This was a great overall experience.
