Ohio Awning is a unique combination of the craftsmanship and integrity of the 19th century with the technology and innovation of the 21st century. We were originally founded in 1865, when James Wagner returned from the Civil War to make tents, sails, bags and later, awnings. In 1931, Wagner Awning & Tents moved into its current 78,000 square foot factory on the near West side of Cleveland.

The cleaning of your awnings can vastly improve your storefront- providing you with a clean well-kept appearance. Ohio Awning Maintenance Company completely hand cleans your awnings, both fabric and vinyl awnings. All exterior surfaces are presoaked with cleaners allowed to loosen the contaminants on the awning, then all material is hand scrubbed and rinsed.

Called in early October to schedule for my canvass to be removed, cleaned, waterproofed and stored for the winter. Asked to schedule the work for mid to late October they called back and said they would be here. in late October I called back to see if they were coming and was told it wasn't snowing yet and they would be out. Around the 1st of November my wife called and again they said they would be out but would not supply a date and time. Here it is the 20th of November and I just took the canvas down myself. The after sales service is horrible for this company.

Very pleased with Ohio Awning. The awnings look great and the salesman called me a couple of weeks after the install to make sure everything was okay. Never had a contractor do that before. Very impressive! Had a good experience with the young woman who answered the phone and the installers as well.

Receptionist is the kindest you will encounter! Stops there however. Had an awning installed in 2001 and twice tried to order an additional piece of fabric which had become soiled and torn. in 2019 I couldn't get a sales call back, then last year was worse. Sales person finally called and came across very arrogant with pricing that was 3X what I originally had paid. The problem here is Ohio Awing has purchased every other Awning business in the region and cares very little about customer service.

Ohio Awning offers winter storage and cleaning for your awning. What a great service to provide customers who want to maintain the beauty of their investment. I've known Andy Morse and William Morse for several years and am glad they are in business in N.E Ohio to provide excellent customer service to all.
