Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Turns out the problem they were supposed to repair was not done properly. It took several calls to get Chris to come take a look. He put some plastic on my roof and said he would send someone back out. This was more than a month ago. The plastic is still sitting there!

Chris and the entire crew at Pacific Home Maintenence did a fantastic job. The quality of the work was awesome, the attention to detail, timeliness, and final product was great. Chris was a delight to work with from the conceptual stage all the way through the build, checking in at key points along the way.

Chris and his team were really great to work with and we appreciate the care that they took doing some work on a home after a break-in. They're very busy but managed to fit us in before the scheduled time, showed up when they said they would, did the job well and cleaned up afterwards, all with cheer and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We first had them come repair our deck and refinish it. Only a few months later, we had them repair our deck awning after we realized we couldn’t do it as planned. When the team was repairing our deck awning, they found some rotten wood on part of our roof awning (not entirely sure the technical name now), and they were quick to fit us into repair it.
We would definitely call Chris and his team at anytime that we needed deck work, repairs, anything within their scope.
They’re more than fair on their pricing. Polite. And just all around great people.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job on our fence. They incorporated our style and offered suggestions for ways to make it even better as we went. They were able to work with our hardware that we wanted to use, and created an amazing gate that elevated our curb appeal. They finished quicker than I expected, and offered support and suggestions for care and how to go about staining for best results.

We hired the team to demolish and replace a fence in our backyard. They were able to work around dense foliage, on a bit of a slope, and there was a large trellis they had to keep supported as well. They used some beautiful cedar, and the fence feels very sturdy. They were also accommodating to our request to add an extra long pole on the end. They blazed through the job in less than two days. They are probably not the cheapest option, but excellent value.

We've had Chris and his team install entrance doors in our residence, repair a closet, fix a damaged ceiling, and replace some cabinetry. The work was thorough and well thought out in advance. The quality of the work is excellent. Equally important is the communication and responsiveness of Chris and his entire team. Chris is refreshingly honest and friendly. Chris professionally installed the new MantelMount MM750 for my 85" TV and floating shelf entertainment system. Great communication and flexibility pre/during/post installation. This Pro Series Manual Pull Down TV Mount and floating shelf is for home theater connoisseurs who only want the finest in everything.

Very impressed with the service provided! We needed an old fence overgrown with thick ivy to be replaced. The pricing was fair and we were very happy with the ending result. Chris was very clear in his communication of different fence options, scheduling, as well as confirming specific details on the day of installation. Will definitely use for future projects!

We had Pacific Home come out and pressure wash our retaining wall. It was fairly price and he did a great job.
We were impressed with his jobs that we had him do our deck. He replaced our deck with Trex decking. He also redid the side of our house and made a much better pathway.
Definitely recommend pacific home as they are reasonably price and do a great job.
