Great experience with 911 Restoration team! Barry is responsive and a good communicator. He and Cody are very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. The team was polite, friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up and emptying our attic. I can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Friendly and trustworthy staff from start to finish. Cleaned and sealed our below ground future wine cellar room and lower level garage. Both of which had some mold growth and strong odor which made breathing difficult. Very transparent about time required, costs, etc and worked late into the evening to make sure the job was done on schedule. I’d hire them again for future jobs. I was in the process of purchasing a home and the initial mold test came out questionable. I had limited time left for my due diligence, and my friend Amanda recommended Cody at 911. In fact, they were the only restoration service in Traverse City who was willing to travel quite a distance on 24 hours notice to inspect the mold issue. They were more concerned providing me with things to consider in the decision making process than they were about “fitting me into their schedule” or charging me a very large fee, which made a tough decision much easier. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We called 911 restoration when we (like many) received some water in our basement from the severe weather storms and the main damage was in our children's bedroom. The same day Cody and his team came to our rescue. They were able to assess our situation and provide a quick solution to the problem. It made this mom feel even more comfortable that her babies could sleep in their bedroom safely. We can't thank them enough for their timeliness, professionalism, and all around hard work ethic. If we ever run into this problem again, we know who to call!

We would highly recommend 911 Restoration! What a great company! The crew was professional, kind and understanding. Right from the onset of contacting 911 Restoration of Northwest Michigan, I was impressed with the service. Barry came out the next day to look at our mold issue. He provided a quote that was more than reasonable and when he and Cody completed the work (that we are completely happy with) he informed me he would be adjusting our bill downeard. After getting into one of the walls the mold situation was not as extensive as it appeared on the outside. The guys at 911 restoration are awesome. They are personable, professional, and were excellent at explaining everything. They came quickly when another company couldn’t and it Wasn’t because they weren’t busy but because they made time knowing that ultimately the outcome would be better if the work got underway quickly.
