Terrible customer service. I called the guy asking for help opening my Grandpa’s truck and he said to text him the address and he would arrive in 2 hours.
I sent him a text with the address and let him know to call me if anything. We waited and he never showed up. Then I called him the next day and said he never received a text message, and then checked his messaged and “barlely saw my text”. Then blamed us for not calling. The man was clearly playing dumb; he was unapologetic about not showing up as if it were our fault.
Honestly, businesses like these with poor customer service only stain

Terrible service, called Dana and he said he would arrive in 1 hour and 2 hours later never showed up! Not someone you want to do business with, unreliable person and will make sure to tell all my coworkers what a shame. Stay away from this business.

I lost the key to my motorcycle and asked him to make a replacement. The original key worked for the ignition, gas tank, and back seat. I took him the back seat lock and he made a key that worked for it, but not the others. Understandable. He made a working key for what i gave him. So when i asked if he could make a key for the other 2 parts he said he would come by and do it. I called twice and verified that he could still make it and he assured me that he could. He never came by and never responded to my messages (since text messages are what he prefers). He can make a key for what you give him

Both my wife’s keys for her 2014 Ford Explorer went bad and the dealership prices to buy keys, cut keys, and to program the remotes was outrageously expensive. C&D directed me to buy the new uncut blank key remotes which are a all in one key, remote and chip on Amazon which we did. Amazon had them for a super cheap price and C&D cut the keys and also programmed them professionally. He was a very cool dude, he knows his stuff, and price was great.

I needed my home re-keyed after my tenants vacated. Dana scheduled a same-day appointment and had the entire job done in what seemed like 15 minutes! Wow! The price was ridiculously affordable (four locks, four spare keys at the low, low price of $140.00). Wa-hoo. Dana is very nice to work with and tip-worthy. I have used C&D locksmith before. Dana was the one who assisted us with our alarm setup and re-key job for my house. He was very forward and honest about his service with an abundance of patience for the changes I needed done. Dana was very thorough with his job and knew exactly what to do. It takes a lot for this guy to get angry. Will use his services again

Unprofessional service. Dana needs etiquette classes for business. Gives you a price and tries to charge customers a wait time fee of 50.00 when waiting for payment. When he arrived 30 minutes early! Rude, no class, unprofessional!
