After living in our house for 4 years and our roof leaked under the ridge vents it was not covered because it “blew in”. There is constant air coming in around our windows which they were aware that the windows… were a problem when they were put in, but never replaced them. We did a commercial for them and I have so many people ask me about the quality of their work. Now that I know that they will not back their contractors work I would not recommend. I have recently had several people tell me how poorly things was handled while building not to mention the quality in the end

We could not be more happy with our building experience. After a lot of research and meeting with multiple builders, we knew Craftsman was for us. Not once did we feel pressured or insecure about the decisions we were making. Mr. Hepler helped us design a home that not only had the majority of our wish list items, but helped us stay within our budget. They genuinely want to build a home you can afford to live in. We had an excellent experience with Craftsman building our home! Before the building process even began, Craftsman had the full list of specific materials that would be used to construct the structure as well as the exact cost. With Craftsman, we knew exactly what to expect the cost to be. This is almost unheard of with builders these days.

From excavation to final inspection, the homebuilding was a pleasure. Steve, Joe and their subcontractors are all excellent at their jobs. All options were clearly explained and priced. We were able to use a plan we bought on the internet, but modified slightly. As we proceeded, we asked for a few changes (skylight, more kitchen counter space, etc.). Craftsman immediately priced each change, or credit, and processed a change order with us. I cannot imagine a more well run home construction company. Use Craftsman every time you build!

Great experience! The building process and outcome was a great experience with Craftsman Custom Home Builders from initial advice with lot selection to receiving our occupancy permit. We appreciated the fact that we were apprised upfront of the materials and components comprising the structure together with the cost which would not fluctuate unless we directed a change.
