Over the course of our home renovation project, we rented out three dumpsters from Nova dumpsters and were so pleased with their customer service. First, they were the only local company who would try--and succeeded--to deliver a dirt/concrete dumpster to our narrow driveway and the driver spent extra time making sure it was exactly where we wanted it. Secondly, the receptionist Cheryl was always kind, helpful, and patient with our questions as this was our first major construction project. By the time I requested our last dumpster pickup, she even remembered my address based on my name and continued

Nova Dumpsters were great! We had called a couple businesses and found them to be the most responsive and reasonably priced. They were completely transparent with the costs and were prompt to deliver and remove the dumpster. We would definitely use them again.

First time renting a dumpster so I did a lot of research. Prices are VERY high in this area, I guess because they can charge them, but Nova Dumpsters was by far the lowest cost,quality company I found. Cheryl was awesome in working with me to confirm sizing. Even though she did not have one the size I needed at booking, she held one as soon as it came back for me to save some money.
It was nice having a 10yd option, fit well along the side of the house in the street and was not "overwhelming" to the community. Bright blue with reflective tape on the corners kept drivers safe as they drove by.

We had worked with ND before, just for one dumpster, and found Sheryl, that handles planning, extemely efficient and very friendly at the same time.
Recently we went through a big cleanup of which we didn't know ahead of time how many cans it would take. We ended up needing five, of which four were ordered for same day need and delivery. Sure enough, Sheryl pulled it off.
She also made sure the same driver came out so as to optimize access and familiarity with the site.
Don't look any further !

We actually ordered two (2) Dumpsters over the course of the project. The 1st was a 6 yard, which turned out to be too small (My fault) and we filled it quickly. We had the 15 yard sent the following week which was able to fit in the driveway and was large enough for us to complete the renovation.

Cheryl is friendly and professional. The dumpster was delivered bright and early in the morning and was in very good condition. I think the driver could have placed it on the head of a pin! Nova Dumpster was quick to return any calls and flexible when we needed another day. Would definitely use again!

My experience with NOVA Dumpsters was excellent. Their customer service agent was very friendly and knowledgeable answering my questions. Their driver placed the dumpster EXACTLY where I wanted (like literally to the inch) in my driveway. It was an impressive show of expert driving skills. They were the best priced of three companies I called, and my rental was good for 10 days. Scheduling pick-up was a cinch. If I need another dumpster for a home improvement project, I'm calling NOVA dumpsters.
